Mad Atoms are a Southern California band based out of Pasadena known for their groovy brand of funk infused rock and roll. They have opened as direct support for amazing artists, such as the Gin Blossoms, John Waite and Dishwalla and can be found playing the multitude of landmark music circuit venues in Los Angeles.

Fronted by singer-songwriter John Bragg, the Mad Atoms distinctive "Rock & Roll Groovy" sound all starts with rock and R&B guitar roots, strong baselines and heavy downbeats. From back-beat simmering straight funk-alt-rock songs like "Wall" and "Ready To Go!" to the introspective "Perfect World" and "Hollywood," John pulls from his childhood and personal life experiences to craft lyrics of perseverance, love, hope and heartbreak. "Life In LA" is a celebration of the amazing "sunshine-state-life" we have the privilege to live here in Los Angeles.

With the release of their debut self-titled Mad Atoms album in May of 2020, the band got on the LA airwaves and had enormous listener response on KLOS with both "Fly" and "Twenty4Seven" airing for a full week on LA's top classic rock station.
